I just returned from a France with Thompson Bike tours. Because you stay in a different hotel every night the crew has to move your belongings. We were told specifically our personal items would be safe in the support band. Was I ever lied to. My passport and cash were stolen out of the support van and I had to leave the tour to get a new passport made. Thompson despite being responsible refused any refund or responsibility. They told me to call my travel insurance company. Don’t travel with these guys. The rides might be nice, but they will leave. You stranded for a buck.
