Our bicycle trip around Central Oregon was setup by Loren at Pure-Adventures. I couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The trip was well planned with all of our needs taken care of. The bike routes were gorgeous and had very little car traffic. The hotels, particularly the McMenamins Hotel in Bend Oregon was outstanding! Local transportation, setup by Pure-Adventures and handled by Shuttle Oregon, was top-notch. Thank you Loren for making this trip easy and memorable!

Gastronomic Biking–self-guide. Had wonderful accommodations. The office staff(Maggie&Wendy), were so helpful and friendly. On back roads most of trip, with accurate directions. The coast is beautiful and full of treasures. You won’t regret scheduling this trip! The price is reasonable and Pure Adventure Tours keeps you safe with excellent bikes.

My husband and I embarked on the Girona challenging bike tour for 7 nights. Six incredibly challenging days of biking the Costa Brava region of Spain! The pleasantly warm days included climbs along quiet tree-lined streets, heavier ascents up to a ski resort amidst grazing cows and spectacular views from the top only to fly down the mountain for a 30km thrilling descent. Other days took us to the beaches along the coast of San Feliu before heading into the mountains of Romanya de la Selva. We experienced a day or two of short periods of rain, but that did not stop us from continuing to ride. The local fare (food, wine) at our booked inns and at stops in small towns was great, and the Catalan people were polite, helpful and gracious. This trip permitted us time to hike up to a castle (in Toroella de Montgri) or to laze about the pool (in Olot and Toroella). We thoroughly enjoyed our self-guided biking tour of this region of north-east Spain!
